The Fashion Styling Module provided an in-depth exploration of contemporary fashion styling, fashion photography, visual communication, and professional creative practices within the fashion industry. I began by selecting a publication to create an editorial for, analysing its distinctive styles and creative outputs to inform my editorial approach. My research included examining styling, photography, and art direction in existing editorials, which guided the development of my creative vision.
Building on this foundation, I established a unique editorial concept and executed it through a series of five styled fashion photographs. My direction fused The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air Youth Culture with 90s Basketball to produce a streetwear-focused editorial for PAUSE Mag. I received a 1:1 (70) for this module.
